Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT, Monday–Friday) are typically processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)
Typical estimated delivery: 8–15 working days (processing + transit)
Tracking: Provided after dispatch (may take up to 24 hours to activate)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier capacity, seasonal peak periods, or other operational factors.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive two emails:

• Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after checkout.
• Dispatch Notification: Sent once your order ships, including tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our emails.

Fulfilment & Dispatch

Feramonde fulfils orders through international fulfilment partners selected based on product availability and destination.

Our products are shipped from fulfilment centres located primarily in China and other regions, depending on stock availability. All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
This approach allows us to focus on design-led collections and consistent product standards rather than mass-market distribution.

Estimated Delivery Time

The typical estimated delivery time for UK orders is 8–15 working days.

• Order processing: 1–3 working days
• Transit after dispatch: typically 7–10 working days

In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or periods of high demand.

Delivery Options & Costs (UK Mainland)

Remote areas such as parts of the Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland may experience an additional 1–2 working day delay.

Delivery Restrictions

We are currently unable to deliver to the following locations:

• Outer Hebrides
• Shetland Islands
• Isle of Man
• Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

• Before dispatch: We may be able to assist with changes—contact us as soon as possible.
• After dispatch: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
• In transit: Once an order has entered the shipping process or is already in transit, we are unable to intercept or cancel it. In this case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Failed Deliveries & Re-shipping

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, a re-shipping fee may apply.

Re-shipping fee: £2.99 per re-dispatch, where applicable.
